There are three types of sensors (please choose one option when ordering):
Analog voltage output function. 0-20 mg/L corresponds to 0-3.3V or 0-5V.
Analog current output function. 0-20 mg/L corresponds to 4-20mA.
RS485 communication output function. Simultaneously outputs dissolved oxygen and temperature values.
| Measurement Range | 0 ~ 20.00 mg/L (automatic range switching); 0 ~ 60°C |
|---|---|
| Resolution Ratio | 0.01 mg/L, 0.1°C |
| Precision | ±0.5% FS, ±0.3°C |
| Automatic Temperature Compensation | 0 ~ 60°C |
| Communication Interface | RS485 interface, standard MODBUS communication protocol |
| Signal Output | Optocoupler isolation protection: 4~20mA signal output or analog voltage output |
| Working Conditions | Temperature: 0 ~ 60°C; Relative humidity: ≤90% |
| Output Load | Load < 300 Ω (4-20 mA) |
| Working Voltage | DC 24V, DC 12V, or DC 5V (as configured) |
| Cable Length | Standard 2 meters (extended cable options available at additional cost) |
A1: No, the sensor supports only one specific output type (DOS-600A, DOS-600B, or DOS-600C). Multiple signal types cannot be output concurrently.
A2: The DOS-600C model with RS485 Modbus communication provides real-time digital readouts for both dissolved oxygen content and temperature values.
A3: The sensor can be configured to operate with DC 24V, DC 12V, or DC 5V power sources depending on your system specifications.
A4: Yes, while the standard package comes with a 2-meter cable, extended cable lengths can be customized upon request for an additional fee.
A5: Each shipment includes one complete digital dissolved oxygen sensor equipped with a 2-meter cable and one spare membrane head for maintenance.
