Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: What are the main differences between models DTS-600A, DTS-600B, and DTS-600C?
A: The primary difference lies in the output signal. DTS-600A provides analog voltage output (0-3.3V or 0-5V), DTS-600B provides analog current output (4-20mA), and DTS-600C features RS485 Modbus digital communication that simultaneously reads turbidity and temperature values.
Q: Can one sensor provide analog output and RS485 communication at the same time?
A: No. Each DTS-600 sensor is designed to output only one specific signal type. You must select the model (voltage, current, or RS485) corresponding to your system's interface requirements.
Q: What measurement ranges are available for this turbidity probe?
A: The sensor offers measurement ranges of 0-20 NTU, 0-100 NTU, 0-400 NTU, and 0-1000 NTU, with temperature detection capability spanning 0~60℃.
Q: What working voltage does the sensor require?
A: The default working voltage is DC 5V, but options for DC 12V or DC 24V power supplies are also available upon configuration.
Q: Does the DTS-600 turbidity transducer include temperature compensation?
A: Yes, it features built-in automatic temperature compensation across the range of 0~60℃ to maintain high accuracy (±1% FS).
Q: Can I request custom cable lengths or place wholesale bulk orders?
A: Yes, bulk orders and custom service orders are fully supported to match specialized operational requirements.
